1. Your creator profile
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure. Your nickname must not impersonate another person or violate the rights of others.
2. Your creations
You retain ownership of the original work you submit. By entering the league, you allow us to display and promote your submissions in connection with the competition and our community.
You retain ownership of your creations. By uploading, you grant Imagination League the limited, non-exclusive license already described in these Terms. For featuring, this license permits us to display, reproduce, format, resize, transcode, excerpt, and promote the creation as necessary. Featuring does not transfer ownership.
Any creation uploaded to Imagination League may be selected and displayed as a featured creation as soon as it is uploaded, subject to processing, moderation, technical availability, and removal or restriction under the Terms. Featuring is editorial and promotional presentation within Imagination League and may occur without a separate publication action or additional creator approval.
Featuring is discretionary and is never guaranteed. It does not affect judging, prompt completion, results, league placement, or progression.
We may remove a feature at any time. A creation that fails moderation, is unavailable, is deleted, or is otherwise restricted under these Terms must not remain featured.
3. Community conduct
Creators must treat one another with respect. Content that is unlawful, harmful, hateful, deceptive, or infringes intellectual property may be removed.
4. Communications
We will send essential account and competition messages. Marketing emails are optional, and you can unsubscribe from them at any time.
5. Changes
We may update these terms as the league evolves. If a change is significant, we will notify creators before it takes effect.
